This studio, on the 3rd floor, is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your suitcase. Please note that registration at this address is not possible due to the short-stay regulation with the municipality. Because of this regulation, you can only live here if your social life does not move to Eindhoven during your stay. The rental period varies from a minimum of three months to a maximum of six months.

The apartment is ultra centrally located at the market square in the center of Eindhoven. Because of this location, everything you need for contemporary living is nearby. Culture, nightlife, shopping, art, and theater are all within walking or cycling distance. Eindhoven Central train station is just around the corner, and the university and Fontys University of Applied Sciences are also within walking or cycling distance.

The studio apartments are only rented for short stays. The minimum rental period is three months (with a surcharge of at least 30%) and the maximum rental period is six months. The deposit is €2,000. Maximum 1 person.
